CORONIS was established as a CRO in Athens in 1997. For most of those years the work lived at the site: monitoring, investigational product, the visit schedule.
Patient support programmes opened in 2021. Home nursing entered the trials in 2022. The same clinicians now cover twenty-three programmes across forty-one counties, with more than eight hundred home visits already conducted and a standing roster of forty-seven healthcare professionals.
That is not a new service line pasted onto a CRO. It is the same protocol, written so a nurse can give the dose, take the sample, and stay with the patient when the site is too far. Real-world evidence follows from that — not as a slide, as a visit that happened.
We still run the conventional trial. The difference is that access is no longer a later department.
